The fastest way to leave a depressed mind and enter into peace is through gratitude. Not only are we able to focus on one thing at a time, we also are focusing on things that ground us to our current reality. And in this reality, we can make that new choice to take action on the thing that is causing the depression. Or towards the thing we most desire, and what we knowingly, deep inside, want.
By making gratitude lists in your head when you have time to shut your eyes and internally think of 10 things you are grateful for, the magic starts to happen…and that magic is Momentum. Find yourself creating your lists in your mind often, daily, and when we are feeling great, 2 times a day, 3 times..it starts to be fun..and we understand our full goal…To string as many moments of gratitude together as we can..That is one key to your happiness.
