Breath in 1,2,3,4 hold 1,2,3,4 and breath out 1,2,3,4 ..This is the technique we will repeat in the espresso portion at the end of this podcast… Breathing in from the bottom of your stomach, without your chest or shoulders moving, releases stress from the body..When you take a big breath from your chest in a stressful situation you tell your body you are stressed, and it becomes more stressed. That’s why, to find peace, and gain a great head buzz of oxygen, which gives you a boost, focus on this breathing technique. I use it every day, many many times a day… Let’s do several rounds together to start your awesome day the peace way, hey, you won’t sway, this is your day.
